We have received a notification this morning that due to a national supply issue to all hospital laboratories, from tomorrow all routine bloods will need to be postponed.
We understand that this may be disruptive for you, so please be assured we will do our utmost to ensure that our patients are kept fully informed.
Our GPs have reviewed all the routine blood tests booked over the next two weeks and you will be contacted by telephone or text if you do not need to come into the surgery, we will also rearrange a time for you to come in at the start of November.
Any urgent and essential bloods will still be processed.
