For the next stage of the Covid vaccine roll out we are focusing on our patients aged over 75 years old.
We also have a very small number of patients over 80 years old that we have not been able to get hold of via telephone. These people have been written to and we are awaiting their response. If you think you have a friend or family member who is over 80 and registered at Mythe Medical Practice, that has not yet spoken to a member of our staff over the telephone about the vaccine, please let us know using the link below…
THE VACCINE ROLL OUT SO FAR
We are pleased to say that we have currently vaccinated over 3500 patients within our PCN group. This includes the majority of over 80’s, care home patients, house bound patients (over 80), front line medical staff and some over 75’s. Our clinic this week will see the continuation of the patients over 75 years old being vaccinated.
At the moment we are getting relatively small deliveries of vaccine each week. Please be assured that we are geared up and ready for when vaccine deliveries increase, as the infrastructure is in place at the surgery to roll out the vaccine on a larger scale once the deliveries allow us to do so.
