We are pleased to announce that we have now introduced an online booking system for our Covid vaccination appointments.
- Patients in the current priority group will receive a text message inviting them to book their appointment.
- There is a link in the text message that will take them to the online booking system so they can select their chosen date and time.
- The text will give them the option to decline the vaccination if they wish to (if this option is selected they will not be contacted again).
- The text invite will only work on Smartphones, so if you receive a text but have an older phone and cannot access the link please call us on 01684 293278.
- Please don’t worry if you have not received a text but someone else in the same age bracket as you has. We are systematically working our way through the groups, so text messages may be received at different times.
- Patients without a mobile will be telephoned at home on their landline.
- Patients without a mobile or landline will be written to at home.
On the day of your appointment please come to the front entrance of the building and a marshall will show you where to go.
Please remember to wear your mask and be prompt with the time slot you have been allocated (patients arriving early for their appointments cause queues outside the building).
