Please be advised that despite the recent lifting of some of the lockdown restrictions, in order to ensure the safety of all of our patients and staff, we will continue to follow the guidance from NHS England and the following measures remain in place…
1. The Devereux Centre will continue to operate with our ‘closed door policy’ for the time being – this means we are still operational but only those with pre-agreed appointments can enter the building.
2. To drop off prescriptions requests please continue to use the post boxes in the wall to the right of the Pharmacy or submit them online.
3. To book an ‘on the day’ triage call with a Doctor or Nurse or to pre-book a telephone or video call with your GP please call us on 01684 293278
