– urgent appointment ‘triage’ line open 8am-6pm
– routine appointment line open 10am-6.30pm
Press2for prescription queries
– prescription query line open 10am-6pm
Press 3 for test results
– test results line open 2pm-6pm
Press 4for general enquiries
– general enquiries line open 10am-6.30pm
Press 5for medical secretaries
– medical secretary line open 9am-3pm
When the phone lines are busy you will be offered the option for a ‘call back’, this will hold your place in the queue and will call you back when you are in queue position 1.
