much appreciated thank yous via letter, email and facebook, for
your understanding of the difficult times in which we are providing
care – we thank you very much.

- Our Patient Participation Group for their ongoing support – continuing
their meetings via Zoom, helping to marshall COVID clinics and sending
chocolate goodies to keep us going.

- To our colleagues at Church Street Surgery for making their consulting
rooms available for the COVID Vaccination Clinics and working together
with us tirelessly to provide the people of Tewkesbury with such a
fantastic service.

- To all the Vaccinators, Marshalls and Data Administrators who have
volunteered to assist with the COVID Clinics – some past employees
who were busy enjoying their retirement before COVID.
As you know, we have been open for business during the whole of the Pandemic offering
a variety of options for appointments – face to face, online video, telephone. Digital technology over the last 12 months has given us an opportunity to accept photographs
from patients and deal with more queries through our website. We will of course carry
these innovations forward when full restrictions are lifted to give patients a choice of
how they wish us to deal with their problems to fit in with their busy lives.

to continue offering an excellent service to our patients over the last 18 months.
